Here’s what I did last week!
9/10 Friday Salad: Med Style
16oz Organic Spring Mix Lettuce
½ red onion, thinly sliced in half moons
1 pint mixed Mediterranean style olives
2 cups red grapes
1 jar yellow hot pepper rings (deli style), drained
8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms
1 12oz package of dry sliced salami, julienned
2 cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
